The Stage Top Honor Awards
Broadway San Jose
Established in 2009, the Stage Top Honor Awards are an annual program designed to encourage and reward exceptional accomplishments in high school theatrical productions across the bay area of San Jose, CA. The awards are facilitated by Broadway San Jose and San Jose Stage Company.
Fifteen schools are participating in this year's Stage Top Honor Awards, competing against one another in areas of performance, technical execution, choreography and more. In the culmination of a four-month-long judging process -- where students are judged by a panel of theatre professionals and arts educators -- the winners will be announced on stage at a gala ceremony. This year's ceremony will take the stage at on June 7, 2010, in the California Theatre in San Jose.
